The Posh Princesses is a shop designed around tiny princesses and fancy fashion. This mother-owned shop was started when two friends with daughters who love playing in necklaces found that not many existing shops were available that had quality concerns like breaking materials. They decided to do it themselves and the shop, The Posh Princesses, was born!
The two daughters of owners Kate and Emily inspired the name of this children's jewelry shop. They said "it took a while to decide on a name but they're both princesses and love fancy things like dressing up with bows, necklaces, etc. We figured The Posh Princesses encompassed those qualities. Starting with the dream of adorning their girls’ necks, The Posh Princesses now offers high-quality, kid-friendly bubble- gum necklaces, bracelets, and dolly & me necklace sets.
Since they started this shop to fill a need they saw for their own daughters, the two owners have been able to keep it fun and light-hearted allowing their daughters to help them create
the beautiful pieces they sell. The girls are also the main benefactors of all the profits that come from the shop. All funds are being placed in savings accounts for them.
If it isn't already clear, the sweet princess daughters of Kate & Emily are the shop's inspiration. They take advantage of the opportunity to teach the girls their craft of necklace-making at a young age. After all, the girls are the reason the shop exists!

1. Are you more of a hunter or a gatherer? K- Both. Glad to have both capabilities! E- Hunter
2. You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why? K- Princess Pink- it only seems appropriate! E- Flamingo pink! Who doesn’t love a bright and cheerful pink?
3. We finish the interview and you step outside the office and find a lottery ticket that ends up winning $10 million. What would you do? K- I would likely donate a portion to an animal rescue or veterans organization, invest in our children's futures, move somewhere warm! E- Pay off student loans, business loans and mortgages! Go on an amazing vacation! Make sure our families were taken care of too!
4.What do you think about when you’re alone in your car? K- I tend to listen to news radio in the car, so whatever the topic of the day is. E- My goals for the week, month and year
5. What’s your favorite ’90s jam? K- Anything from the Backstreet Boys lol E- N’Sync lol
6. If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why? K- A dog. They live the best lives. E- Mermaid, I love the ocean.
7. What was the last gift you gave someone? K- I paid for someone's breakfast this morning in the drive thru! E- I gave my sister in law a custom baby blanket with my soon-to-be nephew’s name.
8. What were you like in high school? K- I was in the popular clique, but was always kind to everyone. E- I played sports and had many friends.
9. What’s the last thing you watched on TV and why did you choose to watch it? K- Currently, I hear Spongebob. I don’t watch TV much. E- Bridgerton! Everyone was watching it so I joined in. It’s so good!
10. Any advice for your previous boss? K- Everything can not fit into slots. E- People are allowed to have lives! Respect personal time.
11. Tell me something about your last job, other than money, that would have inspired you to keep working there. K- I worked for a non profit dog rescue, it wasn’t for much pay, but being able to help people find a best friend and save a life is incredible! E- The people I interacted with! Love them!
12. What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently? K- Not really sure. E- I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant. I was sitting down having a conversation, I stood up and the gentleman I was speaking to went “WOAH! Where were you hiding that?"
13. What is your dream job? K- I like what I do now, owning my own business. E- I am lucky enough to be practicing my dream job daily! (I’m a healthcare professional) I love helping my patients daily!
14. What inspires you? K- My kids, my childhood inspires me to do better for them. E- People surrounding me inspire me to do better!
15. What’s your food/drink guilty pleasure? K- Ice cream is my kryptonite. E- Champagne (when I’m not pregnant) & ice cream
16. What are you known for? K- My marketing skills, dog rescue. E- Transparency & integrity
17. What do you work toward in your free time? K- I’m not sure what this free time is that you speak of. I own two businesses and have 3 children. E- Family time, making sure I’m helping those around me in need, I try to make each day count.
18. What’s the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn’t learn without asking this question? K- I’m extremely loyal. E- I am loyal to a fault to my friends and family.
19. How would you rate your memory? K- Depends on what I am remembering, people 100%, why I came into this room? No idea. E- Excellent! I remember most everything!
20. If you woke up and had 2,000 unread emails and could only answer 300 of them, how would you choose which ones to answer? K- I would prioritize them by who sent them and what the need was. E- I’d cry. I’m a no email left unanswered person. I address all notifications as they come in. Type A++++ personality over here! I’d answer 300, and then sneakily handle the rest so I could get through them before days end.
21. What pizza topping best represents you? K- Pepperoni and green olives- weird but delicious. E- Pepperoni, jalapeno, pineapple
22. Describe the color orange to somebody who is blind. K- Bold, Bright, feels like sunshine! E- Orange is a vibrant color. It’s a blend of reds and yellows. It reminds me mostly of fall. If it had a smell, I’d say it’s falling leaves and warm pumpkin pie! Warm and inviting.
23. If you were to get rid of one state in the U.S., which would it be and why? K- California, they are crazy. E- California- They’re taxes and COL is ridiculous
24. What is your favorite tv show to watch when you’re alone with the remote? K- I don’t ever watch TV. E- Grey’s Anatomy. I’ve been watching it since it started and I’ve never missed an episode.
25. A penguin walks through that door right now wearing a sombrero. What does he say and why is he here? K- Ole’! It’s taco Tuesday! E- Hello fellow arctic circle inhabitants! I believe I’m on the wrong end!
