“I really try to take care of my customers and try to personally get to
know them.” -Brooke Patton, Owner
Aspen Reign Designs is just over two years old and is a shop with a small but dedicated following. Owner, Brooke, knows that a returning customer is the biggest compliment a shop owner can receive, so she loves that so many of her customers are repeat customers. Like many small shops lately, she has been doing what she needs to do to keep her shop showing up on feeds – despite Facebook's new algorithms and the challenges they bring for the small shop community. Brooke is happy to have a small group of active members who support her with interaction and orders!
It isn't hard to stay involved in her group because she consistently offers two to three made-to-order drops each month which creates a constant flow of new options along with tons of awesome rep photos! Brooke is very proud to offer only handmade items. From the essential bummies to more unique styles like peplums and rompers, she does it all herself from start to finish. She recently started having some ready-to-ship drops also which is a huge plus for those customers who don't like waiting for custom items to be made.
As a new mom living in California, Brooke kept seeing babes in bummies and thought to herself, “that’s something I could teach myself!” Now, over two years later, she is a thriving shop owner. Because the inspiration for her shop was born after the birth of her baby, naturally, Brooke chose to name her shop after her daughter. Her family is her biggest source of joy and inspiration. After all, she wouldn't be a small shop owner without them.
Aspen Reign Designs is Brooke's full-time hustle so she puts her heart and soul into each of her pieces. She aims to provide the highest level of customer service and quality. Brooke says, "I really try to take care of my customers and try to personally get to know them" which makes her pieces even more special and personal. Brooke has been a lover of arts and crafts since she was a child so she is able to really flourish in her business with the creative freedom it provides.
Piecing together unique designs and patterns is always so much fun but Brooke especially enjoys creating that small shop staple – the lounge set. Even though this style is offered at so many shops, the variety of prints and fabrics that she offers make even these essential basics totally personal and unique. It is a big accomplishment to have perfected a style that will always be a necessity in every small shop babe's closet.
