WiestCreations is one of those special shops that offers an incredible variety of handmade items with a surprisingly quick turnaround. Owner, Amber, offers two completely custom preorder drops each month as well as a ready to ship drop where customers choose from pieces she has already made on hand. The preorder drops have the sky as the limit for what can be ordered. She has the largest selection of prints and fabric types, and is willing to try any style, even if it's something she hasn't done before. She is even willing to tweak existing patterns and customize them to the customer's exact idea. Her turnaround time is usually less than three weeks on preorders. Ready to ship drops consist of fabrics and patterns she has on hand and styles that are popular. Depending on the time of year, these drops might be themed with extra fabrics from holiday preorders.
Although this shop has only been open a year and a half, and the group itself is not huge, the loyalty Amber has from her reps and customers is truly impressive. The quality of the items she creates and the ease of communicating and ordering through her is unmatched. Amber is a mom of two, but like many other shop owners, having a daughter is what led her to open her shop. She loves creating custom pieces for her daughter and also her customers. Amber is always trying out new styles and ideas for her daughter to model. Along with continuing to provide the best customer service, making her customers happy and connecting with them, she also hopes to expand her love and knowledge of sewing while continuing to provide cute clothes for all ages.
Although she loves making twirl dresses and thoroughly enjoys a good custom order challenge, Amber's main focus is always her customers. She values the relationships and connections she makes through owning her shop just as much as the actual work of sewing the clothing that allows her shop to exist.
